Burglars spare no one. At least, that’s what it looks like in this case. The ones who robbed the Quezon City home of Mayor Tyrone Agabas of Tayug, Pangasinan certainly didn’t care that he’s a public official.
“The caretaker, who was about to clean the house in GSIS Village, Barangay Bahay Toro at around 9 p.m. on Monday, Nov 18, found that the lock of the door had been destroyed and appliances, along with a laptop, were missing,” reports Reinir Padua in The Philippine Star.
The robbers probably cased the house and knew that Agabas and his wife last visited the house in September. Meanwhile, the caretaker would only go there every three months to clean it up.
The burglars had forced the back door open and helped themselves to the stuff inside the house.
