QC fire eats up PHP15 million in RTW inventory

An early morning fire in Quezon City on Thursday burned down a two-storey residential-commercial building along with P15 million worth of goods. According to fire investigator Senior Fire Officer 2 Fortunato Alde, the building was being used as a warehouse for Extra Ordinaire ready-to-wear (RTW) clothing inventory and owned by one Pacito Ho.

Injured during the fire was 28 year-old building caretaker Rodrigo Ruiz who bumped his head while trying to recover his belongings from the fire. According to Inquirer News, The fire was reported at around 4 a.m. and was put out at around 6 a.m.
