On Wed, Dec 3, groups who are against the giving emergency powers to President Noynoy Aquino converged at the Welcome Rotonda (also known as the Mabuhay Rotonda) in Quezon City.

Aside from giving speeches, the protesters also threw paint at the pictures Aquino, as well as those who have backed the giving of emergency powers to him.
