“The critics of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175) are calling on the public to participate in the so-called ‘Black Tuesday’ protest on February 25,” reports ANC.
Basically, the protesters will march to the EDSA Shrine to denounce what they refer to as “E-Martial Law.” Ironically, February 25 is also the anniversary date of the EDSA I People Power Revolution, which will likewise be marking its 28th year.
