Solis, student who plargiarized photo, did it seven times

Not once, but seven times, did graduate student Mark Joseph Solis steal photos and enter them in different competitions as his own. A fact-finding panel found out the extent of Solis’ operation as it gathered details following the latter’s top-winning entry to a Chilean embassy contest. UP National College of Public Administration and Governance dean Dr. Ma. Fe Mendoza said the three-member investigating team raised the case to UP chancellor Caesar Saloma for appropriate action. The chancellor is the highest authority in UP Diliman. Solis is taking up graduate studies at NCPAG, and the college has jurisdiction over his status as a student. The body discovered that Solis joined at least seven contests between 2010 and 2012 and submitted photos taken by other people. Seems this guy has serious issues that UP authorities ought to look deeper.
