Age ain’t nothing but a number for one 75-year-old Filipina grandma, who set a new deadlift record at the American Powerlifting competition in Utah, USA.

Susie Rose, a grandmother with 37 grand kids, originally from Bulacan, hoisted a whopping 209.5 pounds in the 65-plus age division, breaking both the state and national records in the United States, reports ABS-CBN News.

“I like challenges. When people say I can’t do it, in my head I say, ‘Watch me!'” Rose said.

Aside from her record-breaking deadlift, Rose can also bench-press 75 pounds. Her best time for plank is 7 minutes 35 seconds.

Rose is a CrossFit enthusiast and she goes to the gym almost everyday. This is her first time to join an official competition.

When she’s not training in the gym, she spends time taking care of her grand kids.

“Everything I do is for my family,” she said. “I love them so much and want them to be happy and proud of me.”

Rose’s record-breaking deadlift qualified her for the APF World Cup on August 31 in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
