Policewoman found dead in Camp Crame

No matter how many times we hear about somebody being found dead, it remains disturbing.

“Police Inspector Romelou Medina, 35, was found dead inside the Finance Section of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Crime Laboratory in Camp Crame at around 7 am. today, Oct 31,” reports ABS-CBNNews.com.

Medina was reportedly slumped on the floor and leaning against the wall. Police found a 9mm pistol and one spent bullet beside her. Medina had a gunshot wound in her head.

Investigators will determined whether she committed suicide or if there is foul play involved.

According to the report, Medina, whose last assignment was at the Manila Police District, was undergoing training at the PNP Crime Laboratory.
