No thanks to the Martilyo Gang attack in SM North EDSA last Sunday, Dec 15, people who need a hammer will have to undergo a stricter process when they purchase the tool.
“Police and mall owners met on Monday, Dec 16, and agreed that customers who will buy the tool will only be given a receipt, which they will have to use to claim the item outside mall premises,” reports ANC.
So, what happens when thieves move on to golf clubs?
