Let’s hope he gets caught before he kills again.
“Additional CCTV footage has helped the authorities identify the prime suspect in the death of an 11-month-old baby girl—a vendor named Arnel Tumbali, who is said to be around 25 years old,” reports ANC.
Additional CCTV footage shows that between very late in the evening of July 31 to the early hours of August 1, Tumbali had watched as the baby and her parents slept on cardboards laid out in front of a bank along N. Domingo Street in San Juan City.

Tumbali had crawled to the baby, started kissing her and then eventually took her away. Unfortunately, the baby’s parents slept through the kidnapping. They reported the baby missing as soon as they woke up.
The baby’s body was eventually found under a parked jeepney along Don Ejercito Street in Barangay Tibagan at around 830am on August 1.
The baby suffered “a blunt traumatic injury to her abdomen, which also damaged her liver,” as well as “lacerations on her genitals, which indicated rape.”
The San Juan City police have released a sketch of Tumbali and the city government is also offering a P100,000 reward to anyone who could help catch him.
The report revealed that “Tumbali has already been charged with rape with homicide in relation to child abuse by the San Juan City Prosecutor.”
The baby was buried last August 6 and her parents have reportedly gone back to Cebu.
