Do you think they’ll find him?
“The Philippine National Police (PNP) Police Security and Protection Group (PSPG) website, pspg.pnp.gov.ph, was hacked at around 11 p.m. Sunday, by a hacker who identified himself as ‘Leon HDZ,'” reports Cecille Suerte Felipe in The Philippine Star.
The report noted: “PNP spokesperson Chief Superintendent Generoso Cerbo Jr. said the incident is “an isolated matter.” Cerbo assured the public the PNP has security measures in place for more than 100 official websites of the PNP’s main and supporting units.”
The report explained that the PSPG “provides police escorts for persons whose safety is at risk.”
“Leon HDZ” had posted an image of a man in a dark suit and red tie along with all sorts of incendiary words.
These are among the statements that the hacker had posted: “Hacked by Leon HDZ. Secure your shit. Don’t worry about your website, I’ll take care of it;” “Secure your shit. Vive Palestine, Vive L’Algerie, Fuck Israel, Fuck Natanyahou the asshole;” and “Free Palestine, Leon HDZ was here. I love my country, and I love Palestine. Don’t panik (sic) yo, you’re not in danger. Fuck Israel, free Palestine, Fuck Obama and bankemon, Fuck Daaich!”
According to Cerbo said “the PSPG is working with the Information Technology Management System and the Anti-Cybercrime Group to restore the website and track down the hacker.”
As of 8am on Tue, Mar 24, the PSPG website still displays the “Account Suspended” notice.
