Can a relationship survive this level of deceit?
“The Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Kidnapping Group has solved a fake kidnapping case involving a mother and her four-year-old child,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
According to Senior Supt. Robert Fajardo, PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group chief, said the mother and child were allegedly abducted and a ransom for PHP200,000 asked from the child’s father.
Police eventually “rescued” the alleged kidnap victims in Guadalupe, Makati over the weekend. However, the cops were reportedly alerted by things that didn’t add up so they questioned the woman. She eventually confessed that she staged the so-called kidnapping because she “only wanted to get money from her husband.”
Fajardo warned the public against using such tactics, saying that it is a waste of police resources.
The report doesn’t name the people involved in the case.
