PNoy’s Labor Day speech highlights ‘voting tip’

It wasn’t what the people wanted to hear.

“On Thursday, May 1, instead of the usual announcements of a wage hike or some other work-related concessions, President Benigno Aquino III spent the most part of his Labor Day speech sounding like he was already in ‘campaign mode’ for the 2016 elections, for which he has not revealed his choice of partymate for the presidential race,” reports News5 correspondent Roices Naguit on InterAksyon.com.

If you believe that what we’re doing right, please choose as your next leaders those who will sustain the reforms we’ve began. Let’s pick worthy people who will continue the transformation we’re enjoying now).”
