“President Benigno Aquino III is expected to visit Japan next week to hold talks with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and attend a peace summit hosted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA),” reports Genalyn Kabiling in Manila Buleltin.
The report said “it will be just a day trip for President Aquino in Japan, one of the country’s strategic partners. On June 24, Aquino is scheduled to depart for Tokyo at 6am and return to Manila around 7pm the same day.”
