PNoy blasts media anew for impossible-to-answer questions

Well, at least we can say that he’s been very consistent.

“In his speech before almost 6,000 people at the Batangas City Sports Center Coliseum, President Noynoy Aquino again attacked the media as he campaigned for administration standard bearer Mar Roxas and the latter’s running mate, Leni Robredo,” reports Nikko Dizon in Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Aquino told the crowd, “When you face the media, they will ask you a question that you can’t answer to show that you are incompetent. Even if you’re already dizzy, hungry, tired and browned by the sun, you still have to be perfect.”

The President then explained that the media had unfairly treated Roxas because they continued to question (among other things) the latter’s response in the aftermath of Supertyphoon “Yolanda” when he was still in the Cabinet.

And, wait, the President also has another perennial “favorite.”

The report indicated that with just 105 days left of his term, President Aquino “has also not stopped referring to the previous administration’s alleged sins and how his predecessor had supposedly stunted the country’s growth and progress.”
