PNoy admits some of his pals in Napoles list

One thing’s certain: This issue isn’t going to get resolved anytime soon.

“President President Noynoy Aquino has confirmed that some of his allies have been included in lists of lawmakers that are being linked to the multibillion-peso pork barrel scam of Janet Lim Napoles,” reports ABS-CBN News correspondent.

Here’s where it gets weirder: “Aquino said he got a copy of the list from Napoles even before she talked to Department of Justice Secretary Leila de Lima. Aquino then admitted that the lists he and de Lima received do not match.”

Aside from Aquino and De Lima, former senator Ping Lacson and Whistleblowers Association of the Philippines president Sandra Cam also claim to have “Napoles lists.”

The report said that when Aquino was asked if he would reveal the contents of his list to the public, he replied, “I’d rather give it to the Ombudsman right away becausethat will be the end point, that will where you will determine iyong value of the testimony and be able to evaluate; and that is the only arm that where you can file a case before the Sandiganbayan.”
