Two Filipino nurses caught on camera engaging in sex acts in front of their bedridden patient were handed down short prison stint and probation.

After a plea agreement, Alfredo Ruiz was sentenced to 325 days in prison while Russel Torralba received 365 days.
Both men will be put on probation for five years.
Under the plea agreement, the two men pleaded guilty to a felony charge of inflicting mental suffering on an elder.
In 2011, a surveillance video had caught them performing sex acts in front of their bedridden then 98-year-old patient.
As part of the probation both men will be barred from seeking employment at a hospital.
