The Philippine Coast Guard Special Operations Group conducted rescue operations in Maricaban, Pasay City on Tuesday night to help residents stranded by flooding in the area.
They rescued around 1,000 families and Coconuts Manila contributor JC Cahinhinan came back with photos of the operation.
