Indeed, President Rodrigo Duterte is a night owl and so is his team.
In the wee hours of Sunday morning (around 1:30 a.m.), Duterte visited the wake of fallen soldiers in Davao City who were killed while fighting with rebel forces.
He also decided this would be the perfect place to open a can of drug-infested worms and read out loud the list of government officials who are allegedly involved in illegal drugs. The list included public officials from the local government, police officers, and even judges and congressmen.
The president added that he will take full responsibility for any mistake or person wrongfully included in the list. If they can prove it.
Duterte, a.k.a. The Punisher, has ordered the military and police force to report to their units within 24 hours.
