The Philippines almost made it to a report on the top 10 countries with the most Internet freedom, “based on obstacles to access, limits on content and violations of user rights,” reports Mashable.
Iceland ranked first, followed by Iceland, Estonia, Germany, United States, Australia, France, Japan, Italy, Hungary and United Kingdom.
The Philippines ranked 11th.
The study was measured by the Freedom House, an American organization that champions the advancement of freedom in the world.
