“According to a report by secure content and threat management solutions developer Kaspersky Lab, the Philippines moved up by nine notches in the list of countries considered as top sources of spam or unsolicited e-mail during the first quarter of 2014,” reports Philstar.com.
Meanwhile, the top three spam sources are: China, the United States, and South Korea.
