PH passport can be used to enter 60 countries visa-free, ranks 64th in Passport Index

The Philippines took the 64th spot in a list which ranks passports from around the world. Released by international financial company Arton Capital, the Passport index is based on the number of countries which the passport holder can enter without a visa (or by getting a visa upon arrival).

Being considered moderately weak is definitely no fun, but on the bright side, our ‘lil brown booklet is welcome in 60 countries,

Ever thought of going to Suriname, Vanuatu or Peru? Well, you can go without a visa!

How about Mozambique, Nicaragua or Palau? You can get a visa on arrival!

193 countries and territories were included in the list, separated into 95  ranks.

Germany nabbed the top spot, while Singapore and Sweden were in second place.

Here are the respective ranks of other Asian countries: Malaysia (5), Brunei (20), East Timor (47), Thailand (55), Indonesia (67), Cambodia (75), Vietnam (76), Laos (79) and Myanmar (85).
