“Starting Monday, May 12, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) will transfer to a building along Shaw Blvd. in Mandaluyong City,” reports Edd K. Usman in Manila Bulletin.
The PCSO is moving from its present offices at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) to give way to the PICC’s rehabilitation and renovation plans in line with the 2015 Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit, which will be held in the said location.
