PBA to start off 40th season at Philippine Arena in Bulacan

They’re going big.

“The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) opens its 40th season in grand fashion with a double-header at the new Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan on October 19,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

The PBA said that “its 10-month season will start with newcomers KIA Motors facing off against Blackwater Sports, followed by the game between traditional powerhouses Barangay Ginebra and Talk ‘N Text.”

The report added: “Prior to the official start of the season, there will be a Chairman’s Ball on Oct14 at the Resorts World Manila where PBA officials, players, and their families can mingle.”
