An “animal crush” video that has gone viral shows a woman in red stilettos killing a dog with a blow torch.
Although it was posted to YouTube in Portuguese, the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is still conducting a probe to determine if the woman — and the incident — originated in the Philippines.
The video shows a woman who is dressed up as if she is headed for a night on the town, wearing a form-fitting dress and high heels. However, the smiling woman proceeds to hurt a dog using a blow torch. The dog is tied up and the woman smiles at the camera as she starts to torture the dog until it dies.
