Navotas City Mayor John Reynald Tiangco is the second wealthiest with P146.94 million. Third richest is Mandaluyong City Mayor Benjamin Abalos Jr. who is worth some P117.3 million. Lagging behind is Marikina City Mayor Del de Guzman with declared assets of only P2.31 million. Next to him is Pasay City Mayor Antonio Calixto, with a total net worth of a measly P6.96 million, the Philippine Star reported.
