A freak accident in Quezon City on Tuesday night left a board member from the Province of Pampanga and one of his aides injured. Police identified the victims as Board member Raul Macalino (third district) and aide Albert Parungao who figured in an accident along Mindanao Avenue in Barangay Bahay Toro, GMA News reported.
According to police, the sport-utility vehicle the two were riding lost control and crashed into a concrete barrier. The car landed on the opposite side of the road and came to a full stop only after hitting a residential apartment.
