“The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has warned of frequent thunderstorms in the coming days, especially during the first week of classes,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report said “the rains will most likely be experienced in the afternoon or in the evening, as the summer season enters the transition period.”
