Stock up on your sunblock!
Last Fri, Mar 18, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced the start of summer or, technically, the dry season. This may last until June.
In an ABS-CBN News report, PAGASA weather forecaster Chris Perez was quoted as saying that “the dry season, which usually lasts only until the second week of May, will be prolonged due the ongoing El Niño phenomenon.”
