He was simply asking a neighbor to do the right thing and he ended up getting killed in this own home.
“On Saturday night, Armando Ramos, outgoing barangay chairman of Brgy. 209, Zone 10, was shot dead after having an argument with his neighbor, Eduardo Manansala, in Severino Reyes St. in Tondo,” reports ABS-CBNNews.com.
According to Ramos’ wife, her husband had reprimanded Manansala for using a jumper for his electrical supply. Ramos then went home. Unknown to him, Manansala had followed him and proceeded to shoot him in the back.
Ramos was declared dead on arrival at the hospital. Manansala was able to escape.
