A jealous husband in Baao, Camarines Sur, reportedly chopped off the penis of his wife’s alleged lover on Thu afternoon, Sep 22.
The suspect first stabbed his rival on the body before pulling down his pants and slicing his genitalia, police said.
The victim, who is now in a critical condition, was rushed to a hospital, while the woman who was with him when the incident happened fled the crime scene.
A manhunt operation has been launched against the suspect. He was a close friend of the victim, according to GMA News.
