One of Vhong Navarro’s attackers has left PH

What’s in a name? Well, when it comes to arrest warrants, a name is everything.

“Justice Secretary Leila de Lima revealed that Jose Paolo Calma, one of the accused in the mauling of actor Vhong Navarro, left the Philippines on April 10, three days before a warrant of arrest against him was issued because there was some confusion over what the ‘JP’ in Calma’s name stands for,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

De Lima said that Bureau of Immigration (BI) officials told her that the name “John Paul Calma,” not “Jose Paolo Calma,” was the one indicated in BI’s database of people with a Lookout Bulletin Order (LBO).

Calma possibly went to Singapore.
