So from Dec 24-26, and then again from Dec 30 to Jan 2, everybody is pretty much free to get on the road.
According to Inquirer.net, “the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced Friday that it will lift the number coding scheme in Metro Manila for 13 days beginning Dec 23, 2014 to Jan 4, 2015.
