Noel Cabangon’s song to be used to raise funds for Yolanda survivors

It’s the sound of kindness.

“Singer-composer Noel Cabangon’s song, ‘After the Deluge,’ will be used to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity’s I Build campaign, which aims to help the victims of typhoon Yolanda in Visayas,” reports Eunice Blanco on Philstar.com.

Also supporting the cause are Praise Inc. and Zedd, which facilitate the song download platform.

You can download “After the Deluge” starting Feb 28 by texting, “YOLANDA” to 8933. It’s free for the first five days. Then, on the sixth day, you’ll be charged PHP15 so the song can be your ringback tune for 15 days. That translates to PHP1 per day.

The report noted that “a percentage of the funds raised by purchasing the ringback will proceed to Habitat for Humanity.
