A week into the experiment, MRT’s afternoon express train service is calling it a day.
The DOTC posted the announcement on its Twitter account. The experiment was meant to run for two weeks. The afternoon shift was from 5pm to 7pm,
But morning express trains, from 7am to 9am, will continue until May 20.
MRT3 will no longer have express train services in the afternoon. Morning express trips will continue until May 20 as originally scheduled.
