Another massive fire broke out in the metropolis on Wednesday, injuring at least two people and rendering some 500 families homeless in Valenzuela City.
The fire took place at Gen. T. de Leon village blazed for almost two hours and reached Task Force Alpha alarm.
Injuries were said to include a 17-year-old boy who was hit by galvanized iron as residents were trying to escape.
Investigators placed the damage to property at PHP1 million. The fire was said to have been caused by children playing with matches, GMA News reported.
