Tricycle drivers fight over stolen motorcycle

Bear with us, this is pretty confusing you’d need Biogesic.

Jon Jon dela Cruz and dismissed Manila policeman Oliver Sangel stole a motorcycle from Melvin Nacu’s house last Saturday. Dela Cruz said they brought a tricycle to Nacu’s shop so he can remove the sidecar and that he even has papers to back this up. Dela Cruz said that he bought the bike two years ago, but someone borrowed it from him and never returned it anymore. It was impounded and then moved to another location.

On the other hand, Nacu said that he has papers proving he owns the bike. In fact, representatives of the dealer who sold him the bike can testify in his behalf.

However, dela Cruz explains that the “new owner” indicated in the papers before Nacu got the bike was the same guy who had been getting his monthly amortization on the bike.

According to the Manila Police District (MPD), this is most probably a case of something being sold to two people. The MPD is now looking for Sangel, according to Inquirer.
