Remember that video of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic enforcer being hit by an angry guy? Well, that tobacco executive will finally be arraigned this February.
Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 42 Judge Juris Dilinila-Callantaset the arraignment of Philip Morris Fortune Tobacco Corp. executive Robert Blair Carabuena on Feb. 7 and the pre-trial conference on Mar. 7.
Inquirer News reported that the judge also dismissed Carabuena’s motion for a reinvestigation of the case filed against him.
On Aug. 11, 2012, Carabuena was captured on video hitting MMDA traffic constable Saturnino Fabros after the latter tapped the hood of his car, which was said to be blocking a busy street intersection in Quezon City.
