Manila International Airport Authority officials are urging travelers not to tolerate abusive transport services drivers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
In a Journal report, Ret. General Salvador Penaflor, NAIA Asst. general manager for security and emergency services [AGMSES], said they will be enforcing stricter rules for their employees, especially drivers of transport services operating at the airport.
The action, he said, stemmed from countless complaints they have received from local and international travelers. Besides the new rules, drivers found to violate airport policies will be penalized depending on their offenses.
