Manila Police District (MPD) Director Chief Supt. Alex Gutierrez said that there are a number of motorcycles recovered from anti-carnapping operations at the MPD compound on United Nations Ave. in Ermita, Manila.
The Journal said the report came from Senior Inspector Rizalino Ibay, MPD Anti-Carnapping Section head.
Ibay also reported that there are 20 motorcycles and nine cars at the MPD which have not been claimed by their respective owners.
