San Juan implements ordinance to protect pedestrians

San Juan Councilor Atty. Angelo Agcaoili (1st District) in January filed a City Ordinance which obliges car drivers to stop when someone is crossing the pedestrian lane.

It has already passed the third and final reading and is waiting for the approval of San Juan Mayor Guia Gomez.

According to GMA News, Agcaoili said that the ordinance aims to make San Juan a pedestrian-friendly city.
