Robbers cart away with P5 million in QC

Robbers carted away with over P5 million worth of jewelry, cash and gadgets at a noon-time heist at Scout Fuentebella Street in Barangay Sacred Heart, Quezon City on Sunday.

Businesswoman Melissa Makadaig, 38, reported the incident to Kamuning police. She said that three armed men barged into her house at 11:30 a.m., and held her house boy Armel Hilario, at gunpoint.

The suspects then fled on board a sports utility vehicle, Inquirer News reported.
