Police are looking into the possible motive behind the killing of a community leader’s son in Quezon Cit on Thursday.
ABS CBN News reported that Riol Jed Culala, 32, was found handcuffed with a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim’s mother, Yolanda, believes that her son knew his killer. Witnesses claimed that the gunman was riding a motorcycle.
