The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has released the identity of three suspects in the SM Megamall robbery last January 26. Authorities have also offered a PHP 300,000 reward for their arrest.
NCRPO Director Chief Supt. Leonardo Espina identified the suspects as Tho Mangulamas, Nasrudin Andal and Alex Dimalen Dicolano. The three are said to be part of the Tho Mangulamas robbery group. They are said to be responsible in the Tambunting Pawnshop robbert in Pasay City in August, 2012.
According to police, it was Andal allegedly who fired the shots inside the mall while Dicolano bought the pipe wrench from Ace Hardware. These weapons were used to break the glass case inside F and C Jewelry store.
Police made the connection between the two robberies when the slugs recovered from the SM Megamall heist matched those recovered from Tambunting Pawnshop, ABS CBN News reported.
