National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Director Leonardo Espina is on a roll. Ever since he started with the NCRPO last Sept. 7, he’s already dismissed 58 erring policemen, demoted 15 and suspended 26 others, according to philstar.com.
Yesterday, he fired 19 policemen, demoted five and suspended 20 others after a 30-day deliberation.
Why did the 19 policemen get fired? The reasons are varied, from child abuse to robbery extortion, frustrated homicide and serious physical injuries to murder and attempted murder. Scary.
