The Department of Trade and Industry is reminding all motorcycle riders that they need to have the import commodity clearance (ICC) stickers on their helmets by Tuesday, Jan. 1.
The ICC sticker ensures that the helmets used by motorcycle riders are of high quality and comply with safety standards, Interaksyon.com reported.
