Motorcycle-riding men shot at two men in Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City before dawn Sunday leaving one dead and other one wounded.
GMA News identified the fatality as Mark Lipag, a resident of Purok 5 in Barangay Commonwealth. He was declared dead on arrival at the East Avenue Medical Center. On the other hand, Genador Pagayan, 20, is being treated for gunshot wounds.
The two were said to be walking along Litex Road in Barangay Commonwealth, when the suspects who were aboard a motorcycle, got off and fired at them.
