It may be a holiday for schools on Monday, but the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is reminding motorists that the number coding system will not be suspended.
Motorists whose vehicle license plates end in 1 and 2 are still not exempted from passing through major roads from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Classes for all schools have been suspended but it will be a regular work day for all employees.
