Bernato Daria was arrested by the Pasay City police last Sunday, Jan. 13 for possession of an MK2 fragmentation grenade. This was at 12:15 a.m. – just minutes after the gun ban took effect!
According to Interaksyon, he will be charged for violation of the Omnibus Election Code and violating a city ordinance.
