A man met an untimely death in Valenzuela City on Tuesday night after a 10-wheeler truck rammed into an SUV and eventually, their house.
The incident took place at around 9:00 p.m. at the corner of Santiago and Lazaro streets. The fatality, identified as John Paul Sarmineto, was sitting in front of the house when the truck driven by Abner Ortaliz, hit an SUV and the house full force.
According to reports, the truck which was packed full of gravel, went out of control as it was negotiating a downward slope. Charges of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and damage to property will be filed against the driver.
