A man was arrested last Friday. His crime? Raping his 12-year old niece at least 10 times in the span of around a year.
The girl’s father would send her to his sister’s house in Barangay Batasan Hills because their house is too small.
It was here where the victim’s uncle would grope her even if the whole family would sleep side by side at night.
